Job Summary

Own and improve Runway’s workplaces across multiple cities. Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle daily operation of each office, including cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety.
  • •Own the workplace budget and reporting, from rent and capex through daily operating spend.
  • •Run onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings, and partner/press visits.
  • •Plan space needs by city using hiring forecasts, and take new offices from shortlist to signed lease with brokers and partners.
  • •Manage design, construction, and furniture projects through move-in, and coordinate with IT and Security on network, AV, and physical access.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities, or workplace operations.
  • •Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting, and short-notice logistics.
  • •Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, including personally signed-off budgets.
  • •Cross-functional experience with Finance, People, IT, and Security teams.
  • •Comfort writing process docs, service standards, and vendor scorecards for workplace operations.
