  • •Set the field execution strategy, site logistics plan, and operating rhythm for complex venue construction.
  • •Lead and drive accountability for a team of superintendents, general foremen, and field engineers.
  • •Champion a zero-incident safety culture.
  • •Implement construction plans in active venues and urban settings, including emergency and severe-weather planning.
  • •Manage field operations strategies for MEP, structural, roofing, façade and other systems, including night/weekend windows, deliveries, laydown, and just-in-time sequencing.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering or Construction Management with 12 years superintendent experience, or AA/AS with 14 years relevant experience, or HSD/GED with 16 years relevant experience (plus demonstrated leadership experience).
  • •4 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • •Valid drivers license.
  • •Successful experience delivering large public-assembly or sports venues.
  • •Expert understanding of long-span steel/precast stadia and complex MEP/FP plus life-safety/egress and envelope waterproofing.
