Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve complex construction project issues, disputes, and disagreements; coordinate resolution with stakeholders
  • •Review status and progress of construction projects relative to submitted schedules and cost control reports
  • •Review change orders and assess their impact on project outcomes and timelines
  • •Assist client management with bid and contract planning and evaluate bid specifications for client needs
  • •Manage field General Contractors and provide project reporting, cost control, and staff management

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 169,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Preferred: seven years of professional experience managing facilities design or capital project coordination including design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling
  • •Five years of experience with healthcare facilities design, planning and construction
  • •In-field management of General Contractors; experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM); experience with construction management
  • •LEED accreditation and/or CCM credential preferred (CA Architect/PE license or CM credential)
