Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve lab process conditions and technology, including AMC/UPW/chemical/VPD/slurry analysis.
  • •Upgrade process and equipment capability (IC/GC/ICP-MS) to improve performance or reduce cost.
  • •Establish and modify ion, metal, and organic process management projects.
  • •Set up chemical lab analysis and tool control supporting rotation.
  • •Perform abnormal analysis and reaction tracing to identify and drive improvements, collaborating with global teams and other departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a chemistry, chemical industry, or chemistry engineering background (not required but a big plus).
  • •Prefer college or above graduation.
  • •Be able to work in a cleanroom (chemical lab).
  • •Support E/F or night shifts and maintain normal work attendance.
  • •Use PC applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a patient, well-communicated, proactive teamwork-oriented work demeanor.
