Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous, significant improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital.
  • •Develop and execute manufacturing strategy, including expansion of point-of-impact manufacturing and delivery models.
  • •Lead regular strategy deployment and KPI reviews to ensure achievement of priorities.
  • •Implement safety and industrial hygiene programs to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • •Build and develop the plant organization, evolve structure to meet objectives, and coordinate across functions through S&OP and cross-department partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (required); Master’s degree preferred.
  • •8–10 years of operations leadership experience with a track record of significant performance improvement.
  • •Experience developing a lean culture and implementing lean tools.
  • •Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication, finishing/machining, and assembly (preferred).
  • •Supply chain and inventory management experience; working knowledge of OSHA guidelines, environmental regulations, and EHSMS.
