Key Responsibilities

•Repair damaged upholstery materials including cloth/fabric, leather, plastic, and vinyl.
•Repair interior components such as center consoles, seats, dashboards, headliners, and stitching.
•Perform color matching and dying for cloth and fabric.
•Repair window and windshield damage including stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches.
•Support production schedules by working mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive interior repair and/or glass repair experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
