Job Summary

Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment to repair and produce spare parts and wearable components for reliable, safe mill operations. You’ll program CNC tools using CAD/CAM (Fusion 360) and DOOSAN EZ Guide, read and interpret technical drawings, and determine machining methods, tooling, and sequences. Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and precision inspection work to ensure components meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment including lathes, milling machines, and boring/5-axis machining.
•Program CNC equipment using CAD/CAM (Fusion 360) and DOOSAN EZ Guide.
•Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to guide machining work.
•Fabricate, modify, repair, and assemble tooling, fixtures, and machine components; develop tooling specifications as needed.
•Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs, operate forklifts/powered hand trucks as needed, and inspect finished parts for quality compliance.
