Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist on feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and develop cost plans; produce and present final cost plans.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement, including tender list, tender analysis, tender reports, and contractual documents.
  • •Handle post-contract cost variances and change control; lead cost checks and valuations and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
  • •Review payment applications and invoicing, report progress with the SCM, manage stakeholder communications until delivery/financial closeout, and produce monthly post-contract cost reports.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •6 - 8 years of professional experience in construction projects.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledge.
  • •Fluent English & Spanish.
  • •RICS (preferable) and/or AACE CCP, CCT (preferable).
