•Build and maintain relationships with physicians, M.D. office staff, hospital staff, and other customer influence network contacts.
•Apply accurate knowledge of Reckitt/Mead Johnson Nutrition and competitor products.
•Demonstrate understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, trends, competitors, regulations, and managed healthcare environment.
•Develop territory and management plans, use sales systems for planning/forecasting/reviewing activities, and communicate effectively to maximize business opportunities.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree required (or a two-year RN degree with equivalent combination of related experience may be substituted).
•Previous experience as a field sales representative in B2B sales, pharmaceutical or nutritional sales, or clinical experience as a Neonatal Dietitian, Registered Dietitian, Pharm D, or NICU RN.
•Demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers and develop rapport.
•Experience presenting information clearly in both written and verbal formats to a variety of audience levels.
•Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 pounds, with daily travel and occasional overnight travel.
