Key Responsibilities

  • •Own overall program planning and ensure cross-functional goals and readiness gates are met on schedule.
  • •Drive NPI rollouts per the Plan of Record (POR), defining and tracking schedules from Tape-Out through production release for targeted SKUs.
  • •Coordinate engineering execution across the NPI lifecycle to align verification, characterization, ATE test development, package/assembly, and qualification teams to hit milestones.
  • •Lead manufacturing planning and execution, including capacity alignment with foundry and OSAT partners and readiness reviews for production transfer.
  • •Manage supplier relationships and material delivery across the NPI lifecycle, track commitments, escalate gaps, and mitigate technical and supply-chain risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 105,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a Supply Chain related field with relevant industry experience.
  • •Depth delivering complex semiconductor programs spanning engineering and operational dimensions across multiple functional organizations.
  • •Strong engineering foundation in areas such as semiconductor manufacturing flow, foundry engineering, package and assembly engineering, product engineering, ATE test solution development, silicon verification, characterization, or product qualification.
  • •Experience with semiconductor supply chain operations, including foundry/OSAT supply chains, internal demand planning, and material fulfillment for NPI programs.
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and JIRA, with excellent written and oral communication to synthesize status for technical and executive audiences.
