•Own and define the Service Cloud product vision, strategy, roadmap, and goals with business stakeholders.
•Lead backlog prioritization, grooming, maintenance, and health; translate priorities into user stories and tasks while balancing business value and technical debt.
•Partner with global development teams to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and participate in sprint planning and reviews.
•Work with CX/UX to design intuitive journeys, resolve pain points from user feedback, and audit workflows to remove hidden friction.
•Define and track product KPIs using case volume, usage data, and user feedback to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 115,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management/product owner experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (or equivalent enterprise customer support application ecosystems).
•Proven track record as a Product Owner or Product Manager, managing and scaling customer support applications.
•Strong Agile/Scrum experience translating business requirements into developer-ready technical documentation.
•Exceptional communication skills to influence, negotiate, and align priorities with senior business partners.
•Strong analytical skills to define, track, and report product success metrics, KPIs, and user adoption.
