Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan products aligned to customers’ goals. Open accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on self-service and digital tools. Partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, consistent client experience while meeting NMLS/Regulation Z requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Minimum three to four years of job-related retail banking experience (or a combination of experience and commensurate training).

•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Working knowledge of bank/branch policies, procedures, and support systems; experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies preferred.
