Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product vision and roadmap for an AI-led contracting help desk, covering intake, triage, and lifecycle management.
  • •Build and continuously improve an AI-enabled contracting framework (agent-assisted drafting, clause/fallback recommendations, negotiation guidance, risk detection, and human-in-the-loop escalation).
  • •Own the CLM platform/system of record, including workflows, approved templates and playbooks, metadata, reporting, and integrations with procurement tools and repositories.
  • •Enable sourcing coordinators to lead day-to-day negotiations and agreement execution through training, clear ownership, service levels, and operational support.
  • •Partner across Legal, Procurement, Engineering, Security, Privacy, and Finance to define approval guardrails, resolve escalations, pilot AI/CLM capabilities, and measure outcomes (cycle time, automation, quality, adoption).

Key Requirements

  • •Bring an AI-forward mindset with experience building/deploying AI-enabled agents, automation, or decision-support workflows, including evaluation and human review safeguards.
  • •Operate like a product manager: identify user needs, define a roadmap, prioritize workflows, launch pilots, and continuously improve using data and feedback.
  • •Have strong commercial contracting and legal-language judgment; a JD/law degree is strongly preferred (or comparable legal background).
  • •Have implemented or owned a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, including templates, clause libraries, integrations, reporting, and scalable workflows.
  • •Build and run a service model that enables sourcing coordinators with clear ownership, tracked delivery, and risk escalation without personally owning every negotiation.
