Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development of the company’s 3-5 year mid-to-long-term product strategy and business development plan, align with industry trends and competitive landscapes, and decompose into quarterly OKRs with cross-department collaboration.
  • •Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, assess risks, and provide data-driven insights for product innovation and strategic adjustments.
  • •Establish and lead the product team, define roles and development paths, and organize training to enhance strategic thinking, product design, and execution capabilities.

Key Requirements
