Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspire and lead the project team to ensure achievement of project KPIs.
  • •Collaborate across departments and oversee projects from initiation to completion based on project Gateways.
  • •Conduct risk management and proactively resolve project critical path issues.
  • •Iterate processes, tools, and infrastructure based on project practices to empower the team.
  • •Ensure the right project is executed and completed efficiently, including compliance with company-standard procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience across the full value chain; PMI or OGC certifications are highly desirable.
  • •At least 3 years of NPD (new product development) project management experience.
  • •Ability to drive projects in a matrix organizational structure to achieve QCT goals.
  • •Excellent reporting and English communication skills, with strong structural thinking, logical reasoning, and critical-path issue resolution.
