Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop detailed project plans from the Master Schedule and manage key inputs (task lists, logic, milestones, resources, calendars) from design through construction
  • •Lead the programme controls function, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting
  • •Monitor trends and analyze schedule impacts with the project team; re-base line the schedule when required
  • •Prepare status reports and ensure standards, formats and timeframes are maintained
  • •Transport to site as needed and coordinate deployment of controls team resources

Key Requirements

  • •7-8 years' experience as a planner and delivering project controls on construction projects
  • •Experience developing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling (Master Schedule, schedule development, control, analysis)
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish; excellent oral and written communication
  • •Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes
  • •Availability to travel and move around cities; Engineering or Architecture degree is desirable
