Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to end-to-end research projects (primary and secondary) and deliver insights that drive client value.
  • •Synthesize information from multiple sources and prepare insightful slides aggregating data for clients.
  • •Engage in qualitative research activities (moderation, interviews, focus groups) and support quantitative research design and analysis.
  • •Communicate findings effectively on client calls and internal meetings; draft external emails and client-ready materials.
  • •Demonstrate project management capabilities to manage timelines, coordination, and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience across a range of research projects (primary and secondary) with ability to synthesize and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • •Experience with qualitative primary research (moderation guides design, in-depth interviews, focus groups) and quantitative research (questionnaire design to analysis).
  • •Strong business writing and ability to prepare client-ready materials; excellent communication skills for client calls and internal meetings.
  • •Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.
  • •Fluent local office language and English; other languages desirable.
