Key Responsibilities

  • •Own HR and Finance systems of record end-to-end (config, data, access, lifecycle) including Rippling/Deel, NetSuite, payroll/expenses/procurement as they come online.
  • •Partner with HR and Finance as the systems owner to ensure platform integrity, controls, and data.
  • •Define the data contracts and requirements for integration engineers to turn fragmented systems into a single source of truth.
  • •Lead the HR and finance work streams of the migration, from selection through adoption, with a focus on NetSuite as the highest-complexity system.
  • •Own controls, compliance, and reporting, ensuring segregation of duties and auditable data across GDPR/PIPL-aware processes.
