Key Responsibilities

  • •Address production redlights related to equipment/tool failure and ensure timely recovery of manufacturing operations.
  • •Perform equipment and facility maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance to improve equipment uptime.
  • •Execute in-house testing and calibrations of equipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • •Manage spare parts, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and tracking critical spares to minimize downtime.
  • •Drive continuous equipment improvement and support production rework activities to ensure product quality and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in equipment troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and maintenance support for mechanical and electrical issues.

  • •Working knowledge of PLCs and automation systems to support equipment operation and continuous improvement.
  • •Minimum 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
  • •Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
