Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the integrity, reliability, and compliance of the company’s financial information.
  • •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and oversee preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
  • •Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and medium-to long-term planning; analyze variances to identify performance drivers.
  • •Monitor cash flow and optimize liquidity; conduct CAPEX and operating cost analyses to improve efficiency.
  • •Design internal control and financial risk management frameworks and coordinate internal and external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong commitment to safety and demonstrated leadership in HSE.
  • •Bac +4/5 university degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Management Control, or a related discipline.
  • •Significant experience in financial control, management control, or auditing in an industrial, multinational, or capital-intensive environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS and/or applicable standards), internal controls, and financial governance.
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency, financial modelling tools, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
