Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist NDT technicians at the Collins Foley OEM site to ensure ultrasonic inspection processes are completed on time.
  • •Perform NDT Level III functions in Ultrasonic Inspection and oversee/direction ultrasonic inspection processes for Non Destructive Testing.
  • •Ensure policies, procedures, and required detailed documentation are followed and implemented daily.
  • •Train and certify NDT technicians and align each certified employee’s skills with specifications, standards, and qualification requirements.
  • •Create and update work instructions and standard processes, maintain calibrated measuring instruments, and coordinate schedules to support on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Requires typically a university degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years experience.
  • •Certified Ultrasonic Technician at Level III from a nationally recognized institution.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in proper defect analysis through NDT inspection processes.
  • •Experience with MS Excel and creating MS PowerPoint presentations.
