Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate freight invoices by comparing carrier invoices against contracts, rates, and POs to ensure charges match agreed terms.
  • •Resolve discrepancies with carriers/forwarders by disputing overcharges and closing gaps quickly.
  • •Ensure accurate cost booking to correct cost centers and execute recharges (including D&D) according to the recharge model.
  • •Investigate freight audit cases within agreed SLAs using SAP/TMS, deriving conclusions from data and maintaining procedures and documentation.
  • •Drive process reliability and continuous improvement by identifying control gaps, pushing automation/touchless processing, and building routine and ad-hoc performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English at C1 level.
  • •Experience in freight audit, logistics invoicing, finance operations, or invoice validation.
  • •Strong Excel skills, with experience using Power BI or other reporting/data analysis tools (advantageous).
  • •Analytical accuracy and attention to detail to validate data and produce error-free outputs.
  • •Business/service mindset with adaptability to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
