Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, professional service and ensure employees in the assigned outlet follow service standards.
  • •Keep the place of work and surrounding areas clean and organized at all times, including general cleaning duties as assigned.
  • •Clean and wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment to established performance standards.
  • •Monitor operating supplies, reduce spoilage and wastage, and assist with scheduled inventories of products and equipment.
  • •Ensure proper garbage separation and runs, adhere to hotel fire/hygiene/health & safety rules, and report equipment failures and malfunctions.

  • •Experience in a Stewarding role.
  • •Ability to work as part of a team and thrive under pressure while solving problems proactively.
