Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance of facility, equipment, and grounds in a safe, timely, cost-efficient manner.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment using schematics and basic electronic troubleshooting, including vacuum troubleshooting and leak detection.
  • •Mentor junior technicians, train/assist with certifications and promotions, and substitute for the Lead when needed.
  • •Ensure accurate CMMS reporting: complete work orders and include documentation of spares, labor, and downtime.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate with 2-year technical school in Electrical and Maintenance or a 2-year associate degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline, or 8+ years of maintenance experience.
  • •5+ years of experience with a degree in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, with electro/mechanical and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • •Basic understanding of SPC and process control techniques.
  • •Ability to read prints/schematics and perform vacuum troubleshooting, leak detection, and laser operations; strong written/verbal communication.
