•Maintain Gorgias's ecommerce moat vs. Zendesk; close gaps on generic support topics
•Structure content for featured snippets, knowledge panels, and AI summaries
•Optimize for AI-powered search experiences across ChatGPT, Claude, Google SGE, and Perplexity

Key Requirements

•3–6+ years in SEO, organic growth, or search marketing
•Hands-on AirOps/Profound (or equivalent) experience
•Able to walk through an SEO/AEO project end-to-end and its revenue impact
•Strong technical SEO fundamentals: crawlability, indexing, schema, site performance
•Experience optimizing for AI assistants and LLM-driven platforms
