Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, support, and optimize OTC processes across Oracle Fusion modules including Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, AR, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger.
  • •Support usage billing and event flows in Oracle Fusion Cloud, including rating, mediation/aggregation, billing sync, and downstream revenue recognition triggers.
  • •Configure and maintain ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition scenarios, including performance obligations, SSP allocation, deferred revenue, and contract/renewal modifications.
  • •Coordinate Oracle Fusion boundary integrations and monitor data flow with surrounding platforms (middleware, commerce/order systems, tax engines, payments/settlement, CRM/CLM, reporting/data warehouse layers).
  • •Participate in implementation phases (fit-gap through hypercare) and handle production support via on-call: incident response, troubleshooting, escalation, and root-cause documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on ERP engineering experience building and supporting solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • •Strong functional and technical knowledge across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger for OTC and revenue processes.
  • •Experience with RMCS revenue recognition concepts including deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, refunds, and usage-driven events.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Oracle AR, Collections, and GL (invoicing, receipts, credit memos, reconciliations, ledger architecture, journal processing, and close dependencies).
  • •Strong SQL or PL-SQL skills and experience with OTBI reports, BI Publisher outputs, and BICC-based data extracts.
