Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and build strategies for departmental competency development.
  • •Design, develop, revise, and enhance course materials using instructional design principles.
  • •Deliver and facilitate technical training sessions to strengthen AI competencies and upskill learners.
  • •Evaluate and improve training effectiveness using training metrics, data, and participant feedback.
  • •Collaborate with global/local workforce development partners and subject matter experts to develop and deploy training solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field of study.
