Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the day-to-day running of accountability regimes (SMCR and IAF/SEAR), ensuring key processes, controls, timelines and outputs are delivered to a high standard
  • •Run business-as-usual activities across fit and proper assessments, certification, accountability processes, governance documentation and regulatory reporting
  • •Coordinate day-to-day work across the team, ensuring priorities are clear and delivery stays on track
  • •Act as a trusted SME on accountability and people governance, supporting stakeholders to navigate complexity and make risk-based decisions
  • •Build and evolve the broader people governance framework, including managing people-related risk, controls, decision-making and organisational change

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in a regulated environment (governance, compliance, risk or legal)
  • •Hands-on experience of SMCR in a UK dual-regulated firm
