Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain overall process and product performance to deliver consistent quality and improve yield and product economy.
  • •Maintain and update product matrix, PMD, Master data, and BoM for the responsible product; review batch performance to support batch release.
  • •Lead and support troubleshooting of process and equipment; investigate deviations for root cause analysis and execute CAPA.
  • •Anchor new product introductions by coordinating stakeholders, performing process/raw material mapping for gap closure, and leading engineering run execution and PQ campaigns.
  • •Drive or support CAPEX projects, including acting as user manager/representative, initiating/updating URS, reviewing design packages, coordinating qualification tasks (DQ/FAT/SAT/PQ), and supporting punch list close and minor IA execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum master’s degree in Biotechnology/Biochemical/Biopharma manufacturing.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
  • •Knowledge and familiarity with GMP, food safety, and hygiene.
  • •Knowledge and practice related to environment, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
