Mechanical Engineer

Design and own mechanical tool subassemblies and modules for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, translating requirements into detailed 3D CAD designs. Conduct tolerance, GD&T, and engineering analyses (FEA/thermal/structural/flow), support prototypes through lab testing and validation, and create and maintain drawings, BOMs, and engineering change records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure ELS/HVM readiness and resolve field escalations with root-cause fixes.
