Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Email engineering team and drive its vision, goals, and processes.
  • •Build and maintain scalable email infrastructure, including personalization/sending at huge scale, reporting data processing, APIs, end-user preference pages, and domain configuration dashboards.
  • •Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver new features based on customer feedback and scale the channel as volume grows.
  • •Recruit, coach, and develop engineers on the team.
  • •Guide key architectural decisions and solve major engineering challenges, including writing code in high-leverage cases.
