Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing methods, operating sequences, work instructions, process flows, build layouts, and assembly procedures.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally to implement product improvements and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • •Create, review, route, approve, and implement engineering change requests while assessing impacts to BOMs, drawings, product structures, kits, operations, suppliers, and customers.
  • •Use DFx, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement to reduce cost, eliminate waste, and enhance safety, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs, establish/support time standards, recommend tooling/fixturing/test equipment and process requirements, and develop test procedures to troubleshoot failures.

Salary: USD 65,500 - 90,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •1–3 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience.
  • •Conceptual knowledge and technical experience for everyday problem-solving.
