Direct and manage the operational efforts of a banking branch, ensuring policies and legal requirements are followed while customers receive prompt, professional service. Oversee branch staff and schedules, maintain cash controls, security, and branch operations coordination with accounting, loan processing, and credit. Evaluate commercial loan requests, monitor construction and development loans, and support collections/repossessed property processes, while driving new business through sales calls and cross-selling.
