Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and ensure best possible outcomes in line with the curriculum.
  • •Plan, prepare, and present learning for the full ability range; organize classroom resources and create engaging learning environments.
  • •Assess and track student progress, using Target Tracker data to inform planning, provision, and intervention; provide feedback to parents and caretakers.
  • •Manage behaviour effectively using school policy, maintaining positive relationships, appropriate authority, and consistent high expectations.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues and support staff, attend meetings, contribute to the wider life of the school, and run a weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
  • •1-2 years teaching experience.
  • •Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
  • •Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child with a high level of professionalism.
