Plan and present learning across the full ability range, create a positive classroom environment, and assess students’ progress using school systems like Target Tracker. Manage classroom behavior in line with school policy, provide feedback to parents at conferences, and collaborate with colleagues and support staff. Support wider school events and take part in a weekly ECA each term.
