Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
  • •Train to become an expert on smart home technology and explain system capabilities and instructions to customers.
  • •Manage inventory and company assets; conduct routine maintenance on products and equipment.
  • •Conduct safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Leverage service and installation appointments to create leads and revenue, including opportunities for additional products and services.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • •Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
  • •Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
  • •Physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet.
  • •Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.
