Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure contractual requirements are met according to the terms and conditions.
  • •Execute procurement contracting strategies for large, complex data centre construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to achieve optimal cost and continuity of supply and services.
  • •Serve as first line of defense/communication with site stakeholders on commercial issues.
  • •Execute project closeout requirements.
  • •Perform prequalification checks on potential tenderers and onboard them to the client’s systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in engineering or construction.
  • •3-5 years' experience in procurement and contracts management or construction project management, preferably in a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
  • •Qualifications in project management (e.g., RICS) preferred.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Understanding of the total project life cycle from inception to post-project review.
