Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the Commercial Field Marketing strategy, developing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, pipeline generation, and customer expansion.
•Partner closely with Commercial sales leadership to align marketing investments with business priorities and growth opportunities.
•Own end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, budget management, vendor coordination, promotion, measurement, and optimisation.
•Own and grow strategic ecosystem partnerships, including Snowflake's relationship with Station F and broader startup, VC, PE, and partner communities.
•Work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Startup Program teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of B2B marketing experience within SaaS, cloud, technology, or high-growth businesses.
•Proven experience developing and executing field marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
•Strong track record of partnering with sales teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
•Experience planning and delivering events, executive programs, integrated campaigns, and demand generation initiatives.
•Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing programs based on data.
