Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and calibrate AV equipment, ensuring display walls and VTC systems are fully functional for daily mission requirements.
  • •Configure, operate, and maintain VTC endpoints and supporting AV equipment across conference rooms and classified/unclassified systems.
  • •Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and signal-flow issues across codecs, displays, network paths, and peripherals to minimize downtime.
  • •Schedule, monitor, and manage VTC meetings, including live call monitoring, pre-call testing, and post-conference quality checks with documentation in ticketing systems.
  • •Perform routine testing and preventive maintenance; maintain documentation and manage AV inventory/spare parts for installations and repairs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School with 0–3 years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Clearance Required: TS/SCI.
  • •Current and active U.S. Passport and current and active U.S. Driver's License.
  • •Must attain AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) within 180 days of deployment.
  • •Medically/physically fit for OCONUS deployment with U.S. Military Forces under USCENTCOM Medical Standards and able to wear required PPE.
