Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the creation, maintenance, and execution of the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • •Review, validate readiness, and release work orders according to production priorities and schedule requirements.
  • •Monitor and manage work orders through the entire production lifecycle from release through shipment.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing information, clarify technical requirements, resolve discrepancies, and implement approved material substitutions.
  • •Actively manage aging WIP, drive corrective actions, verify material transactions before closing work orders, and communicate risks and recovery plans to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, production planning, materials planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • •Experience working with Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and inventory transactions.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and strong analytical/organizational/problem-solving skills.
