•Translate market rules into internal day‑ahead bidding frameworks and market participation rules for generation and BA operations
•Own and maintain the EDAM or Markets+ implementation and readiness checklist
•Coordinate readiness testing, trial operations, and parallel operations
•Interface regularly with Legal, Regulatory, Transmission, Trading, and Operations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 134,720 - 168,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or relevant field
•8–12 years of experience in power markets, market design, or market operations
•Direct experience interpreting wholesale market tariffs or implementation requirements

•Program management and implementation planning (preferred)
