Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Market Controller to ensure timely, accurate Month End (MEC) reporting and resolve coding/EPM Out of Balance (OOB) issues.
  • •Assess Month End performance and prepare variance analysis and commentary using Market Controller inputs.
  • •Support budgeting and forecasting by preparing/consolidating Budgets/CE for Consumer Revenue, Content, and Content Org teams.
  • •Partner with Consumer and Revenue stakeholders to evaluate market performance and develop benchmarking and reporting for Revenue and GP performance.
  • •Participate in EMEA Region squads and provide ad hoc analysis and analytical support for cross-regional planning.

Salary: EUR 29,200 - 32,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally in media, publishing, digital content, or fast-paced consumer sectors.
  • •Professional fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • •Strong foundation in core accounting principles, cost-center allocation, and revenue recognition for actuals reconciliation.
  • •Hands-on experience with Month-End Closure (MEC) routines, variance analysis, and preparation of annual Budgets and Current Estimates (CE).
  • •Proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management platforms (e.g., Oracle/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC) and ability to diagnose data mismatches, coding errors, and OOB issues.
