Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Power Delivery project management leadership across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes, owning schedule, milestones, budgets, KPIs, earned value, and contractual compliance.
  • •Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans, providing timely reporting on project status, risks, and performance to clients and internal teams.
  • •Support pursuit, initiation, and startup activities, including Go/No-Go input, contract/commercial reviews, pricing strategies, and delivery risk assessments.
  • •Lead technical and constructability reviews with QA/QC and utility standard compliance, and provide written and verbal technical input to multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Mentor project staff and manage governance through project management systems/documentation, including risk and quality plans, while supporting problem-project recovery and closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting experience.
  • •12+ years of progressive post-education experience in project management or senior technical leadership, preferably supporting power delivery, transmission & distribution, substation, or utility capital projects.
  • •Strong understanding of the full project delivery lifecycle in A/E/C and utility industries, with demonstrated Power Delivery project management experience.
  • •Advanced analytical, organizational, and commercial skills to integrate project controls, financial performance, risk management, and client objectives.
  • •Advanced proficiency in critical thinking and risk-based decision-making, including schedule/cost evaluations, forecasting, and scenario analysis to optimize outcomes.
