Key Responsibilities

•Oversee complex electrical infrastructure projects including review and approval of electrical design plans, ensuring data integrity and compliance with codes and regulations
•Apply high-level electrical engineering techniques across project phases including concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement, construction and operation
•Plan and incorporate future-ready electrical design requirements and operating strategies
•Prepare and review electrical calculations for loads, sizing, grounding, short circuit studies, protective relaying and one-line diagrams
•Lead MEP engineering projects, manage budgets, track hours and expenses, supervise subcontractors and ensure task completion and QA/QC

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; 5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience providing design deliverables for large capital projects
•Engineer in Training Certification
•Proficient knowledge of NEC, ICC and IECC codes and electrical engineering principles, practices and design processes
•Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; capable of preparing design calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
•Project management experience on small to mid-size projects including tracking hours and expenses, coordinating with subcontractors and clients
