Manage and coach an engineering service, supporting engineers through skill development, coaching, and regular feedback. Lead the engineering discipline to achieve excellence across quality, cost, and delivery timelines using shared standards, continuous improvement, and peer reviews. Collaborate with Delivery leaders to align engineering capacity with workload, and run recruitment and onboarding with Talent Acquisition and HR. Based at the Gennevilliers campus, working on defense systems for navigation, identification, and data links.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach and support engineers, including skills development and strengthening collaborative autonomy in multidisciplinary teams.
•Define and evaluate individual objectives and provide regular feedback.
•Lead recruitment and onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition and HR to attract and select top talent.
•Coordinate with Delivery leaders to adapt engineering discipline capacity to the workload plan.
•Drive engineering discipline excellence through learning initiatives, inspiring vision, regular go & see reviews, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of successful hierarchical people-management experience leading engineering teams working on equipment or embedded systems, including hyperfrequency, analog/digital electronics, and/or signal & information processing.
•Knowledge of radio communications: propagation, waveforms, and networks.
•Ability to adapt and acquire new technical skills, with strong curiosity for innovation topics and desire to experiment, recognized by peers.
•Autonomy and rigor, with strong initiative, teamwork, and a strong sense of results.
•Ability to work in the discipline environment supporting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
