Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and support engineers, including skills development and strengthening collaborative autonomy in multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Define and evaluate individual objectives and provide regular feedback.
  • •Lead recruitment and onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition and HR to attract and select top talent.
  • •Coordinate with Delivery leaders to adapt engineering discipline capacity to the workload plan.
  • •Drive engineering discipline excellence through learning initiatives, inspiring vision, regular go & see reviews, peer reviews, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of successful hierarchical people-management experience leading engineering teams working on equipment or embedded systems, including hyperfrequency, analog/digital electronics, and/or signal & information processing.
  • •Knowledge of radio communications: propagation, waveforms, and networks.
  • •Ability to adapt and acquire new technical skills, with strong curiosity for innovation topics and desire to experiment, recognized by peers.
  • •Autonomy and rigor, with strong initiative, teamwork, and a strong sense of results.
  • •Ability to work in the discipline environment supporting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
