Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the POS and promptly communicate them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner and ensure accuracy in delivery and presentation.
  • •Check back with guests during meals, address concerns, monitor tables for needs, and handle payments and bills.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, including 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong understanding of the restaurant menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
  • •Ability to take accurate orders and enter them into the restaurant point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • •Ability to serve food and beverages professionally, including tableside service and wine/beverage pairing knowledge.
