Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and testing of SAP FI-FM, including commitment management, budget structures, derivation rules, and GL integration.
  • •Drive SAP FI-AA lifecycle delivery, including asset classes, depreciation areas, parallel valuation, CIP settlements, and year-end closing.
  • •Deliver core SAP FICO capabilities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank ledger, and cost center/internal order accounting.
  • •Manage cross-module integration points with MM, SD, PS, and PM, coordinating requirements and ensuring end-to-end consistency.
  • •Author functional specifications, test scripts, and data migration strategies; partner with ABAP developers and lead cutover, historical balance migrations, and post-go-live hypercare support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
  • •At least 2 full-lifecycle implementations with in-depth responsibility for Funds Management and Asset Accounting.
  • •Proven expertise in S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal architecture, New Asset Accounting, and Fiori applications.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Public Sector Management (PSM-FM) or commercial cash/budget management frameworks.
