•Provide high-tier technical assistance remotely and on-site to ensure mission success for CRFS customers.
•Maintain and deliver comprehensive training to end users, from basic system operation to advanced system use.
•Perform diagnostics and high-level repairs on CRFS equipment in office and in the field.
•Deploy to customer locations to support, configure, and assist with installation of CRFS equipment.
•Develop test plans and summary project reports to support customer exercises and field activities; travel up to 50% to customer sites and trade events.
