Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-tier technical assistance remotely and on-site to ensure mission success for CRFS customers.
  • •Maintain and deliver comprehensive training to end users, from basic system operation to advanced system use.
  • •Perform diagnostics and high-level repairs on CRFS equipment in office and in the field.
  • •Deploy to customer locations to support, configure, and assist with installation of CRFS equipment.
  • •Develop test plans and summary project reports to support customer exercises and field activities; travel up to 50% to customer sites and trade events.

Key Requirements
