Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Product Security function, securing a large-scale AI-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform and the sensitive customer data it processes.
  • •Partner with Engineering Leadership peers to ensure security by design.
  • •Identify, understand, and mitigate unique risks and attack vectors from AI-driven features and AI-assisted development.
  • •Advance secure software development and operational security practices for the organization.
  • •Lead production security incident response, including root cause analysis, remediation planning, and driving resolution; recruit and retain a world-class SecEng and SecOps team.

Key Requirements

  • •Full understanding of the application security landscape in a high-scale, multi-tenant SaaS environment.
  • •Experience securing SaaS applications across prevention, detection, and remediation, and integrating tools into an effective, scalable program.
  • •First-class incident response skills across the full incident lifecycle: detection, remediation, cleanup, and post-incident corrective action.
  • •Ability to recruit, retain, and develop a high-quality information security team as the company scales.
  • •Experience running application security programs and working with cross-functional partners in a similar SaaS context.
