Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, qualify, develop, and capture new business initiatives for Protected Communications (including Nuclear C3, National C3, and adjacent markets).
  • •Lead capture team activities across opportunity identification, qualification, competitive positioning, opportunity strategy, and proposal development.
  • •Build customer relationships and develop and execute contact plans, including senior executive engagements.
  • •Advise the organization on DoD and National Communications CONOPS, including satellite and terrestrial communications systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree with minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Understanding of current NC3 systems, National Leadership Command Capability, and Senior Leader Communications capability.
  • •Extensive knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) products, especially Military Satcom.
  • •Experience with USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, OSD A&S, Service Headquarters (OPNAV/SecNav or HAF/SAF), or Joint staff experience.
