Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a client experience culture by being present with clients and teammates and delivering strong banking support in-branch and by phone.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities in client conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and lending products (including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to generate sales and referrals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, audit procedures, and client interaction documentation; support branch operations including Teller assistance as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit fundamentals, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
